Special thank you this week goes out to Marilee Burgeson, Speech-Language Pathologist and Volunteer Liaison for our ATPF-NCL Girls Mentor Program! Marilee lead our first ever virtual girls mentor social hour event this past weekend and our girls had an amazing time! Marilee is also leading our ATPF Lunch and Learn this Wednesday, May 20th.
Marilee is also going to present the inspiration for our Core Team Meeting next Thursday, May 28th. We would love to see all of our volunteers there!

Hi everyone,
I am an Occupational Therapist at Scripps Mercy Chula Vista Hospital. I have been a volunteer with ATPF for many years now and adore their supportive community.
As I mentioned in this week's Virtual Core Team Meeting, Scripps Chula Vista would appreciate your help. We are asking for donations on the following:
- Books/Magazines
- Playing Cards
- Other card games including memory cards
- Crossword puzzles booklet
- Word Search puzzles booklet
- Sudoku books
- Small foam/Stress balls (hand grip exercises)
We are grateful for any donation! You will be touching the lives of those who are suffering with COVID-19 and help keep them entertained. As a community we can all help fight this and come together shortly. As of now, my team and I are sending you virtual hugs! Thank you for your support.

- Call, text, or email ATPF Team directly to coordinate drop off of donation materials (see all contact information below)
- Drop off donated materials to ATPF Office Headquarters (2845 Nimitz Blvd, Suite C, San Diego, CA 92106)

We would love you to share your favorite book from your childhood or a book that you think is motivating or fun.
