Please call: (646) 558-8656 using meeting ID number 365 921 3194

We look forward to you joining us virtually on Wednesday, October 14!
Providers,

As we step out of September and fall into October, please remember to submit your September Attendance and Attendance Documentation (Sign-in/out sheets) on or before the 3rd Business day of October, 10/5. Last month, several providers submitted their documentation on the 1st and 2nd business day, allowing us to finish processing the August attendance early.

For School Readiness Providers:
1.   Remember: NO CO-PAYMENTS are to be collected through the end of October.
2.   Children absent due to COVID-19 (that have all D’s) are required to have a sign-in/out sheet for reimbursement. This documentation proves the child is still enrolled and requests payment.
Are You Renewing Your Insurance Policy?

Training & Needs Preferences Survey
As we venture into the 20-21 school year, we are not only teaching children, but ourselves. We are determined to create professional development opportunities that work for and with your staff, but before we offer those programs, we need to know what your individual needs and preferences. Please take a moment and complete the Training Preferences Survey, linked to the button below, and make your year one for the books.
VPK Reminders
We know it’s been a bumpy beginning for 2020-21, but don't forget the points listed below:

  • AP1 results must be entered and submitted on the VPK Assessment Online Reporting System (Bright Beginnings) within 45 calendar days of the VPK class start date.

  • VPK monitoring is off to a great start. We look forward to the new process and hope you do too!

  • You ROCK!
Compliance Monitoring Beginning October 2020
As a reminder, Providers are required to purchase Curriculum from the 2020-21 Curriculum List and have it on-site by October 1, 2020.  The Coalition will begin monitoring for compliance in October 2020.
We will notify your program if it has been chosen for the month to let them know when monitoring will occur. The process will look a little different this year due to COVID-19 as we want to ensure staff and children's safety at your center. Once you receive notification of your monitoring, please reach out to us if you have any concerns. We will schedule ZOOM meetings to discuss the Monitoring process. Please reach out to your contract specialist for guidance and assistance if needed.
You're Changing The World
"Love is the supreme form of communication. In the hierarchy of needs, love stands as the supreme developing agent of the humanity of the person. As such, the teaching of love should be the central core of all early childhood curriculum with all other subjects growing naturally out of such teaching." ~ Ashley Montagu
