Everything always seems better at the beach. Truer words were never spoken when someone said, “A bad day at the beach is better than a good day anywhere!” May definitely turned the corner in many ways with leases up 120% over last year! Everyone is planning a summer vacation that is familiar and within driving distance. SO, here we are – Seven Mile Island.

For those who put off purchasing, things really stepped up in May. Last month was the second highest producing May in the history of Seven Mile Island sales. 35 homes went under contract, compared to May 2015, which had 38. This is great news and a sign of a great selling season to come.
