Antonian College Preparatory High School

Dear Parents, 

Staff of Antonian College Preparatory High School learned Saturday, December 5, 2020, that a student in the 10th grade tested and received positive results for COVID-19.  The student was last on campus on Friday, December 4, 2020 for an extracurricular activity.

In addition, staff of Antonian College Preparatory High School learned Saturday, December 5, 2020, that a student in the 12th grade tested and received positive results for COVID-19. The student was last on campus Thursday, November 19, 2020.

We are currently in the process of notifying families of students who were believed to have "close contact" (as defined by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention) with the students, and will advise them to keep their children at home and to watch for any signs of symptoms of COVID- 19.

Please know that privacy reasons prevent us from sharing the name of the affected students. 

Because of appropriate physical distancing and other protocols in place, there are no further recommendations or restrictions for other members of the Antonian community at this time.  

We will continue to monitor temperatures of the students, faculty, and staff as they enter the building on a daily basis.

As a reminder, the symptoms of COVID-19 can be one, some, or all of these:  fever, chills, shortness of breath, cough, fatigue, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, and/or nausea/diarrhea.  If your child develops any symptoms of any illness, please keep your child at home and contact the child's physician for further instructions.
