PENTECOST SUNDAY - MAY 31
FCUMC Friends, check out this message from Pastor Kristen and Miss Donna, and please hang a red bow at your house in celebration of Pentecost, which is this Sunday, May 31. We can testify together as we worship at home. From incarnation to incarnation, from the birth of Christ to the birth of Christ's church, Pentecost is a reminder that the church is not a building, but a people. Let's celebrate the Holy Spirit on Pentecost Sunday with red ribbons and our open hearts!

PLACES TO SERVE

HANDS-ON MISSION PROJECT /  FOOD BUCKETS
The annual Hands-On Mission project is going forward as planned. All of the supplies that we send will be an incredible blessing. Please click here to download the food bucket supply list.

We realize that some of the supplies may be difficult to find. Do your best to obtain as much as you can while maintaining social distancing guidelines. If necessary, substitutions can be made; however, those items must be listed to be cleared by Customs. There may be other items you simply cannot find. Please put a note on the bucket if it is missing specific items.
Food Bucket drop off will take place this week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am-1pm at Door 5 on Fountain Road. In addition to your food bucket donation, please bring the $5 per bucket shipping fee in an envelope.

FOUNTAIN CITY MINISTRY CENTER UPDATE
FCMC has resumed normal business hours and is open the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 2-4pm and Wednesday 6-7pm.
If you ever have questions about whether they are open, go to their website and check out the calendar under the visitors tab. Kelly Gregory, director of FCMC, extends her thanks to all those volunteers who have stepped up to help. Without the food/hygiene donations and monetary donations, they would not be able to keep serving our community.

COVID COMPASSION: Want to love your neighbor during this stressful time?  Click here to sign up to run errands, call, or write notes to our homebound and those in isolation, all on a flexible time schedule.

MEDIC Regional Blood Center will be onsite at FCUMC on Monday, June 1 from 10am-5pm. Click here for more details. Registration is open to the community & is now available on the  MEDIC Website.
