Good morning Norwin Families and Community Members,
I just received an official notification from the Pennsylvania Department of Education that all school districts will be closed for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. The District will begin working immediately to extend our continuity of education plan for online learning for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year, as well as provide guidelines for families and students during the next several days. You can expect to receive information about the District’s plans for May events, such as graduation, prom, collection of textbooks and technology, etc. at some point next week.
I understand that many of you are troubled and frustrated with this announcement. Please know that I am just as frustrated as you are. However, I continue to believe that

get through this difficult time. As long as we continue to support our students and each other, we will come out of this situation stronger than ever as both a school district and a community.
