Founded by Lou Suter in 1986, CBSI has spent the last 35 years redefining excellence in construction management, relocation planning and the mobilization of resources. After serving his country in the US Navy, Lou had a strong corporate career which led him to use his knowledge in construction and project management in creating Consolidated Building Systems, Inc. Joined by his son David Suter in 1998, the duo have created lasting relationships throughout the region with a focus on serving local municipalities and educational institutions.
We want to take this time to honor all those who have served our great nation as we celebrate Veterans Day. Without the honor and bravery of Lou and his fellow veterans we would not be where we are today.
