RBC Heritage Update   The 53rd annual RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing, South Carolina’s only PGA TOUR event, will take place from April 12-18, 2021. Sea Pines CSA will be providing information regarding Heritage hangtags, trolley schedules, and additional information for property owners early next week via email and on our website. Sea Pines CSA & ASPPPO Annual Meeting Information   Sea Pines CSA and ASPPPO Annual Meetings will be held online on May 3, 2021, from 10 am-12 pm. Proxies to establish a quorum for these meetings will be mailed out to members on 3/24/2021. Please allow 5-7 business days for mail delivery of proxies. North Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project Update

Sea Pines CSA contractors began paving operations earlier this week and these operations are still in progress near the Marriott & Beach Club areas. Paving will continue into early next week, weather permitting. Due to the heavy volume of cars, traffic delays are expected.  Flag persons will be present as needed to control traffic with alternating single-lane closures in the designated work zone. Tri-axle vehicles are encouraged to use the Greenwood Gate located off of Greenwood Drive for entering and exiting the Sea Pines community. To avoid delays in the project area, please use the main gate located on Greenwood Drive. Important Message from Sea Pines Security: North Sea Pines Drive from Lighthouse Road to Red Cardinal Road is an active construction zone, drivers should use caution and obey all posted speed limit signs.  Visit our website for full project details at www.seapinesliving.com/seapinesdrive.

Beachwalk and Boardwalk #18 Closed For Replacement/ Extension

Earlier this week, Sea Pines CSA contractors began replacement and construction work on CSA beach boardwalk #18 (between Green Wing Teal Rd. and Cedar Waxwing Dr). Boardwalk #18 has exceeded its useful life and must be replaced. During this work, the boardwalk will also be extended by 120 feet over the dune to aid in the protection and allow the dune to continue to build. This work will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks, weather permitting. The beach boardwalk access will be closed to all pedestrian traffic during this time.
