Unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain.
-- P salm 127:1
On August 1, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends came together to dedicate Concordia University Wisconsin’s newest academic building, The Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center. This new building will house the Batterman School of Business and the Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic. From a humble beginning in 1881 with 12 students in the basement of Trinity Lutheran Church, to Concordia High School and College on 33 rd and State streets , to our current location of the main campus in Mequon with more than 8,000 students and 33,000+ alumni, God continues to guide and bless the mission of CUW.

As President Ferry stated at the dedication ceremony, “unless the Lord builds the house, we labor in vain…” We are thankful for God in His wisdom to continue blessing CUW through our growth so we can carry on our mission through you, our alumni.

Please review the information below so you can continue to help build and support our current students and yourself through professional development and volunteerism . We have so many opportunities in which to be involved at CUW but cannot list them all. So, make sure you check out the CUW website , alumni Facebook page , and CUW Connect for a listing of events and updates.

Serving Him and you,
