If adopted, Bylaw No. 580.134, 2022 would change the zoning for the subject property from Industrial 1 (I1) to Comprehensive Development Zone 19 (CD19) to permit a mixed-use development with ground floor commercial and 60 dwelling units. The residential units will be a mix of condominiums and apartments.

If adopted, Bylaw No. 580.124, 2020 would change the zoning for the subject property from Comprehensive Development Zone 12 (CD12) to Residential 20 (R20) to permit a multi-residential development consisting of 18 townhouse units.
