Monthly news & updates
March 2021
March is Social Work Month and the theme this year is "Social Workers are Essential."
JFCS could not agree more! Social workers are part of the JFCS team across many key programs including mental health counseling & support, senior services, Holocaust Survivor support, and teen programs. We are grateful to the essential work of our social workers and celebrate social workers across the country who have been on the frontlines during the challenging past year.

Breakfast Blitz Food Drive Success!

Thanks to the support of the community, our Breakfast Blitz Food Drive was a huge success! Special thanks to Carli Masia, Blast Hunger Chair, for organizing these quarterly specialty food drives to support our pantry.
The items collected through this drive will bring variety to bags distributed through the on-site and mobile food pantries, benefiting hundreds of families across the Greater Mercer region.
