With the winter months Bishop Hartley will utilize School Messenger via phone call, email, and text message (opt-in program text sent out from "67587 BHHS" on Monday, December 13th ) to notify of school closures for winter weather.

If you rely on news stations for your alerts, Bishop Hartley is closed when COLUMBUS CATHOLIC SCHOOLS are closed.
Before and After School Reminders
As cold weather is now consistently upon us, we want to remind everyone of the importance of dropping students off for school and picking up after school in a timely manner. We realize that schedules and transportation arrangements can present challenges, so we have arranged for students who arrive early or stay beyond the SEEK period to be in the cafeteria under supervision. Students arriving early should go to the cafeteria where they will be supervised from 7:00-7:25 AM; they will then be released to go to their lockers and report to first period. Students who remain in the building after the SEEK period, will be supervised in the cafeteria from 3:20-4:15 PM while they wait for their ride home.
End of Term Grades
Report cards will be mailed home the week of January 24th. Teachers are submitting final grades this coming Wednesday, January 19th and end of term grades will be accessible digitally for all students and families on the 19th.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences are Thursday, January 27th from 3:15-8:00 pm. The link to schedule a conference will be sent out next week.

Nurse's Notes
Our school nurse wants to remind everyone to keep students at home if they have any symptoms or are feeling sick at all.

Currently, we are not able to get a large number of Covid home test kits from the Ohio Department of Health, so we do not have them available to distribute. We will let parents know if/when they become readily available.

Mrs. Edwards will continue to work on Health screenings for all freshmen, new sophomores, and all juniors. These are currently on hold due to the number of Covid cases in our community.
Cafeteria Volunteers Needed!
Thanks to all who have volunteered to help in our cafeteria. It is because of you that we can offer the salad bar option for our students. If you think you can help, please visit the Signup Genius to volunteer.
