See You in the Webinar Tonight!
A reminder that parents and guardians are invited to join John Packard and other Brooks administrators in a webinar at 7 p.m. this evening to hear more about the school's plans moving into the upcoming boarding/virtual model and address any questions you may have.
Mark Your Calendar . . .
To clear up any confusion that might have occurred due to an outdated school calendar, Brooks will be holding classes on Feb. 15. As a reminder, here are important, upcoming dates to note: 
 
Jan. 24: First test administration for all boarding students
Jan. 27: Second test administration for all boarding students 
Feb. 1: Third test administration for all boarding students (who will be on campus by this time)
Feb. 27 - March 6: Staggered departure of all boarding students for Spring Break during this week. 
March 6 - March 24: Spring Break

Fifth-Form Parents: A Message From College Counseling
This Monday, Jan. 18, at 7 p.m. (EST), Brooks' College Counseling office will be hosting a College and University Panel, as the first segment of a three-part webinar series to kick off the college process with the class of 2022!

Our four panelists have extensive experience in the world of college admissions. After hearing briefly from each of our guests, we will ask them questions submitted by parents and students about the college admission process. They will address everything from essay writing to standardized tests to researching colleges.
Course Change Period
The course change period for student classes will close on Jan. 27. The request for a course change will be submitted via an online form. The process has been communicated to students in their email accounts.
Follett Bookstore for New Courses
If your child is picking up a new course next semester, be sure to check out Follett for book purchases. If there is no book listed in Follett, students can wait for purchase instructions from their teacher, in the case it applies.
