and showing others how much you care about them. We are thankful for everyone's
generosity
and support for the monkeys who call Jungle Friends home. Every hour spent volunteering, every donation, whether money or supplies, shows your love for the monkeys!
A few love connections were made at the sanctuary!
Chris,
Clotho,
were all used in laboratory research before arriving at Jungle Friends. Chris lived with Xenon and Clotho and Atropos lived together. Neither lived with a monkey of the other gender until meeting
each other here at Jungle Friends. A love connection was made between Xenon and Atropos and Chris and Clotho became best friends! Their introductions went smooth and they now spend their days eating out of the same diet bowls, threatening neighbors and squirrels together,
foraging and grooming. Both pairs lives in habitats next to each other with connecting runways so they can still see and chat with their old friends.
Another love connection was made recently in Munchkinland!
Kramer
and
Alana
both lost their companions recently and just so happened to be living in neighboring habitats. After seeing tongue flicking at each other and choosing to sit near each other, we thought they would make great friends. Sure enough, they have been living together for a few weeks now and doing great! Sleeping together in the same bed, eating out of the same bowl and playing together in the habitats. Another successful socialization here at Jungle Friends!
