Meadowbrook bridge to reopen on Saturday
Cranbrooke Road bridge to close Monday after 9am for 3-4 weeks
The final bridge closure of 2019 is finally here. The Cranbrooke Road bridge will close this Monday after 9am.

Cranbrooke Drive will be closed for 3-4 weeks in both directions. Detour will be 10 Mile Road to Haggerty Road to Nine Mile Road and vice versa.

The closure of Cranbrooke coincides with the reopening of the Meadowbrook Road bridge, set to take place Saturday.

As always, we know this isn't convenient but we absolutely appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.
Trick or treat with Novi Parks at Novi Town Center
Pink Novi police vehicle will also be at event from 1-4pm, Sat., Oct.19
Come hang out with Novi Parks and get an early start on trick-or-treating on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 1-4pm at the Novi Town Center.

Make sure you visit the Freaky Fun Room and all the businesses giving away Halloween candy. There also is free face painting, balloon twisting, photo booth and more.

The pink Novi Police vehicle will also be there. Those interested in signing the vehicle can do so for a minimum $5 donation. All money raised is being donated to the Believe in Miracles Fund at Ascension Providence Hospital.
Tim Pope Memorial Play Structure to get facelift
Original pickets will remain part of new play structure when it reopens
After delighting youngsters for 22 years, the Tim Pope Memorial Play Structure at ITC Community Sports Park is getting an upgrade.

The play structure will close on October 21 and remain closed for about a month. The new version, made of maintenance-free recycled plastic, will include safety and accessibility upgrades along with lots of features designed to inspire the imagination.

It will mirror the design of the existing structure and include the wooden pickets adorned with the names of those who made the original play structure a reality. A grand opening celebration of the new play structure will take place in the spring.
