Legislative Committee Meeting on
Monday, May 17th - 9:30AM - 11:30AM
Greetings!

We currently have 45 bills on our active list; 34 support or strongly support, 2 oppose, 1 amend, and 8 monitor or neutral. We will begin with an update on actions necessary in support of HB21-1229, then review the bills on this week’s committee calendars, then any bills new to our list since last week and conclude with any other bills the committee wants to discuss.
Our first Older Coloradans Month webinar was a success. There are two webinars left - sign up today - CLICK HERE
May 17, 2021 LCM Agenda
Per our agreed upon procedures, we will begin with bills to be dropped from our active consideration list. We set a target at the beginning of the session of 20 bills for our active list due to capacity limitations.
We need people to be familiar with the bills as we will be voting on our position of the bills. If you are the lead on any of these bills please come prepared to update the group on changes.
And a reminder, there are some bills that have been in monitor status for two weeks now. If the person signed up for those bills has no information for us, those bills will likely be dropped.
