Hello Volunteer Ambassadors,

COVID-19 coronavirus is impacting us all. You're part of the NeedyMeds family and we hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. Yet, countless families continue to struggle with another crisis: not being able to afford their meds. We're grateful we can rely on you to connect families to programs that will ease the burden of healthcare expense, hopefully giving them one less thing to worry about.

Some simple ways to connect people remotely:
O ur helpline at 1-800-503-6897 is and will remain open. We may be short-staffed but let folks know if we don't answer their call, to leave a message. Our counselors will return the call as soon as possible.
Our research staff are all working from home and keeping our databases current so we can continue to offer the most up-to-date healthcare savings resources .
Our social media platforms including Facebook , Twitter , and YouTube are an easy and fast way to stay connected and in-the-know.
There is a lot of misinformation out there about COVID-19 and healthcare topics in general. Be sure to always refer readers to a reliable source, like the NeedyMeds Voice .
We want to acknowledge all your efforts during April's Volunteer Awareness Month. Thank you for steadfastly doing what you do best: looking out for those who need your help. We appreciate you.

Stay in touch,
