Is the Pandemic Over? A Discussion on the COVID-19 Vaccine in the Workplace
Philip Siegel will be presenting his one-hour seminar titled, "Is the Pandemic Over? A Discussion on the COVID-19 Vaccine in the Workplace" to the Associated Builders & Contractors of Georgia on March 4, beginning at 9:00 AM Eastern. The seminar will be available via live stream (and on demand) for those of you outside of Atlanta.
Vaccinations for the COVID-19 virus will likely be available throughout the country during the Fall. Does this mean your company should require its employees to get vaccinated from the COVID-19 virus? Can your company require its employees to get vaccinated? Should your company require its employees to get vaccinated? During this educational session we will answer these questions. We will also discuss wage and hour issues, OSHA issues, and issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act for roofing contractors contemplating a policy that requires employees to get vaccinated.
