Meet Germaine Cresmer, Business Owner, Human Resources professional, Job Seeker Mentor and Webinar Leader
Germaine has been there - from both sides of the interviewing desk. As a seasoned human resources professsional, she has successfully recruitied for companies over her many years of working as a highly skilled Human Resources Professional. She has also been there, too - being an out of work job seeker, eager to learn the skills she needed to find the job she loved. This led her to co-found a ministry that mentors job seekers that were also eager to learn these skills as well.
After opening up her own Human Resources Consultancy business, Germaine learned to market her own business - and combined her marketing skills, her knowledge of suceessful company recruitment, and her job seeker mentorship - to create a simple and effective webinar, designed to launch the job seeker into action to find success!
