MESSAGE FROM ANTONIAN ADMINISTRATION
We remain in prayer for our students and thank you for your continued partnership as we approach our final few weeks.

Here are a few things we would like to share with you.
  • In order to facilitate teacher communication with parents, Antonian has acquired Google Voice licenses for its faculty. Therefore, you may start to receive phone calls from our faculty using San Antonio area code numbers with the following prefixes:
    210-960-xxxx
    210-728-xxxx
    210-971-xxxx

If you receive a call from one of these numbers, please do direct your attention to it so that teachers can communicate with you about your child if there is a need.

  • Visit our COVID-19 page or click here to view important information and updates.

  • Click here to view the Antonian Business Directory (of Antonian family-owned businesses). Please note new submissions will be posted every Friday. Support our community. Shop local, shop Antonian!

  • Cheer and dance team tryout information can be found on our website - you can click on the icons below to view the information or click here to read the comprehensive email that was sent.
INFORMATION FOR SENIORS & ANTONIAN COMMUNITY
ADOPT-A-SENIOR PROGRAM

The Antonian adopt-a-senior program is an opportunity for Antonian families to "adopt" a member from the class of 2020.

During the remaining days of May, the Antonian family would reach out to the student and offer encouragement and support through, texts, emails, and mailed letters.

The premise of this initiative is to bring comfort and joy to a senior, so that they know someone is praying for them and encouraging them during this transition.

There is no cost associated to participate but the reward is knowing you contributed to someone's day.

For parents/families who would like to participate in adopting a senior click here.

For seniors who would like to be listed for the "Adopt-A-Senior" click here.

ANTONIAN BIG GIVE
Families Helping Families

We are currently half-way to our projected goal. If you are inspired and in a position to donate to the Families Helping Families campaign, we kindly ask for your support ( please click here to donate) . The funds raised will go toward tuition assistance for those families impacted by COVID-19.

Below are quotes from thank you letters from those who have received assistance due to your kindness.

END OF SEMESTER UPDATES
In light of the challenges of administering a secure, cumulative semester exam that is authentic in nature and given the extraordinary circumstances in which students have had to learn over the fourth quarter, all students will be exempted from semester exams.

If a teacher has already provided instruction on a comprehensive project that was to be accounted for as a semester exam, the teacher has the discretion to convert this to a regular assignment.

Please be sure your child understands your teachers' intentions. Please understand that teachers will continue to require work through the last days of instruction and these grades will be instrumental in determining your child's final grade for the course--in other words, don't stop working yet.

BUSINESS OFFICE
Important Information

Grant & Aid Award Notification Deadline Changes:
Hope for the Future will notify families regarding early round tuition award selections on or after May 11th. Antonian will be contacted this week to validate that families initially selected in the early round are in good financial standing. Please keep in mind that good financial standing requirement exceptions will only be made for families directly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please submit a Grant & Aid application in FACTS right away, if you are seeking financial assistance for the 2020-2021 academic year. Antonian will accept your 2018 Tax Return, along with your 2019 W2. If you have completed your application using your 2019 return, no change is needed. If you have completed your application using your 2018 return and 2019 W2, no additional returns are needed.

Re enrollment Fees for 2020-21
If for some reason, your re-enrollment payment did not process successfully on April 27th, a Business Office team member will be in contact with you by the end of the week. Please keep in mind that delayed fees may impact next year's course selection schedules.

COVID-19 Financial Impact to Tuition:
Scheduled tuition payments will remain in effect and processed on assigned due dates.
For our families that pay manually onsite, we encourage online payment processing directly with FACTS.

Login to your FACTS account or call FACTS at 866-441-4637
Please prayerfully understand that our school remains dependent on tuition revenue. This revenue stream has continued to allow us to provide and sustain a remote learning opportunity platform for all our students.

We continue to work with families that have been directly impacted financially by this pandemic. If you are blessed and in a position to donate to the Families helping Families campaign, we humbly ask for your support. Many thanks!

As always, we are here to assist you in any way we can. You and your family remain in our prayers.

Students must only register for the classes for which they signed up for the 2020-2021 school year. If your student does not remember for which classes he/she signed up, please have him/her contact one of the counselors.
The classes are listed as semester courses, therefore, students must register  for both semesters of each class.

Thank You, Teachers

Every year, we take a moment to thank our educators for the selfless and dedicated work they do toward building and forming our youth.

This year is especially profound as across our world we see the beauty that lies within our educators. They have come together in a time of crisis and have risen to the occasion to not only continue teaching but to make our children feel safe and encouraged.

Though our buildings may be physically closed, our teachers remind us that learning and compassion goes far beyond the doors.  A heartfelt thank you to our Antonian teachers and educators across our nation. We are better because of you.
