March is Sleep Awareness Month

A Little About David Virden
I am thankful for the people who have subscribed to this newsletter. I know some of you better than others. Here are a few things about me.

-Married 20 years. Met my wife in college
-2 children, 1 dog
-I was a competitive swimmer as a kid and arguably peaked at age 8 as the 9th fastest, age 8 & under 25-yard freestyler in New England.
