We received a great photo of Megan with her new family. Megan couldn’t have been a better fit for them. Megan was our Seizure girl who needed a special family like Jeff’s to understand and have the unconditional love that she needs. Megan was a Death Row Husky out of Baldwin Park Animal Shelter last November schedule to die with in hours until Skylar Floods family offered you save her life! Skylar’s family took great care of her for 5 months until we found the right fit and medicines to control her Seizures.
Ice was finally adopted and we found the perfect home for him! Here is what his family had to say:
"We welcome "Ice" maybe renaming him "Snow". He is doing very well and fitting in to the pack. We love him. Thank you to his foster family and Shadow Husky Rescue, Inc for taking good care of him."
Haha was adopted into his forever home and here is what his family had to say:
"He is doing so well! We love him so much. Thank you both for my new and favorite family member!"
Bolt Update:
"It has been a challenge getting Bolt’s last radiographs done with Covid but finally did! They were viewed by his surgeon at Access Animal Hospital and he was confident that Bolt could return to normal activity ( within reason). Bolt has progressed to 2 one and a half mile walking every day and doesn’t hesitate to let me know when it is time. He has gained a bit of weight and building muscle mass although his right side is still a bit weak. He is so much the husky and loves to roll in the snow."
