Patients with Barrett's esophagus (BE) and low-grade dysplasia (LGD) are at increased risk of esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC), although many regress to nondysplastic BE. This has significant clinical importance for patients being considered for endoscopic eradication therapy. The aim of this study is to determine the risk for progression in patients with confirmed persistent LGD .

While strictures are common in eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), there are few data on stricture distribution and characteristics. The primary aim was to characterize strictures by location in the esophagus in EoE and associated clinical, endoscopic, and histologic features.

The DOTE Editors are inviting submissions for the top original research manuscript by a junior faculty or trainee author accepted for publication in 2019. The winner will receive registration, accommodation and a travel grant to attend ISDE 2020 in Toronto.
