Welcome to Mrs. Caity Hintz who was hired to work with Sara Kuperus in a part-time Administrative Assistant capacity. Caity will be in the office on Fridays starting this week!

Important office communication notes
  1. For general office questions, notifications (ex. - morning absence, teacher messages during the day, etc. ) and News and Notes announcements, please send emails to office@allendalechristian.com.
  2. If you would like to connect directly with either Sara (skuperus@allendalechristian.com) or Caity (chintz@allendalechristian.com), you may use their school email address.

ACS is still looking for one more hot lunch team member for Thursdays. The need is for 3-4 hours each week. This is a paid position. If you are interested in helping the program on Thursdays, please email Brian Koetje at bkoetje@allendalechristian.org.

Enrollment
  • If you are enrolling a child in Young Fives or Kindergarten for the very first time online, there is a one time $300 enrollment fee, which is part of the tuition cost. Once they are enrolled online, you never have to re-enroll them again.
  • Because there is no re-enrollment for students in Y5 or above, it is very important for you to notify Brian Koetje if you anticipate enrollment changes, like potential unenrollment, for next school year. This information is important for planning. Brian's email is bkoetje@allendalechristian.org.
  • To obtain an opt-out sheet for next year, please email skuperus@allendalechristian.com.

Preschool Enrollment The Preschool Enrollment form along with the $50 registration fee, Child Info form, FERPA form and a copy of your child's birth certificate must be turned in to complete enrollment. Tuition Assistance for 21-22 ACS participates in FACTS, a grant application program for our school. Completion of the FACTS application is a requirement for next year's enrollment if you are expecting a remaining balance at the end of the school year or you will be requesting tuition assistance. Families who wish to apply for tuition assistance will need to use the FACTS application format online at https://factsmgt.com. Applications must be submitted by March 31, 2021. The application fee will be paid by the participating schools.

Revive is getting ready for SPRING! Revive is REOPENING on Wednesday, March 3, at noon full of SPRING items..... And we’re staying open later that day to give you more time to shop – until 7pm! Don’t miss the exceptional spring items at such great prices! Regular Shopping Hours: M / W / F: 12n – 5pm; T / Th: 12n – 7pm; Sat: 12n – 3pm Expanded Donation Hours: Revive is now able to safely receive your donations on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10am – 4pm. And on Saturdays from 10am – 12noon.
