Clothes To Kids of Denver shoppers took home 7,071 school wardrobes in 2020. That's more than 150,000 pieces of clothing! A record 94% of kids left with a full 21-piece school wardrobe.

Our shoppers also took home 17,975 pounds of "extras" including school supplies, books, toys, accessories and winter gear.

No matter how families choose to shop, we have temporarily loosened our referral requirements and are providing wardrobes to anyone who says the young people in their households are in need of our services, no questions asked.

This young lady found a beautiful poncho, made with love by our wonderful volunteer Joellyn Keranen, who has donated countless homemade items during the past year. Our shoppers absolutely adore her creations!

We've received two large donations of brand new books for teens and tweens from the Denver Discovery School. They've brightened our displays and allowed for hours of reading fun for students learning from home!

Members of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of National Charity League, Inc. collected and delivered 836 warm winter coats. That's enough for a month's worth of shoppers!

Shelly brought us 33 hats, 10 scarves and a pair of gloves, all knit with love by members of the Denver Knitting Group, just in time for the snow!

Craig and Joey from Colorway Company dropped off a huge donation of new t-shirts, hoodies, shoes and belts. Our shoppers always love new items, especially ones as stylish as these!

Our friend Esther, a physician at Parker Pediatrics and Adolescents, and her sweet daughter brought a donation of 183 pairs of new socks and 80 pairs of new underwear in from her office. We appreciate the many ways you take care of kids in our community!

RedPeak Apartments held an amazing shoe drive in which they matched every pair that was donated to their office with a brand new pair of Toms brand shoes, shipped directly to our store. They collected 207 pairs of shoes from their community, for a grand total of 414 pairs!

These lovely ladies brought us seven boxes of items collected at Denver's Museum of Contemporary Art, including 237 pairs of new socks and underwear and 11 brand new coats. Yay MCA Denver!

The youth group at First Plymouth Congregational Church organized a drive-thru event that collected more than 50 coats, many of which were brand new. Thank you for helping our students keep warm this winter!

Longtime supporter Betsy Abrams (at left in photo, with Clothes To Kids founder Joyce Meyers in 2019) held her 18th annual benefit brunch virtually, encouraging online donations to Clothes To Kids, James Resource Network and Kenya's Kidz. Betsy's incredibly generous friends donated more than $3,000 to Clothes To Kids. We love you, Betsy!
