In response to COVID-19, we are offering online yoga and meditation classes and private yoga sessions for the foreseeable future.

In this interim period, John is offering distance healing over the telephone. (See a description and testimonials below.). Our priority is your health and the health and wellbeing of our community.

Distance Healing

In response to the social distancing directive, I am offering sessions to help heal the
body, mind and spirit with guided healing by phone connection. People need stress reduction more than ever, and we are here to help you with your
healing goals. We all look forward to the day we no longer fear close contact and touch.

Warm Greetings,
We hope that you and your families are all staying Well. It is indeed a most thoughtful, tender and unique time for each and ALL of us throughout our families, communities, country and world.
Our global quarantine invites us to turn inward and to deepen our awareness and connection to our Self and the Divine. We have been training all of our lives for holding steady during this pandemic and skillfully navigating (as much as we can each day) during these challenging and tumultuous times. Some days we are more skillful and graceful than others. Some days we fall apart. May we allow it all. In the falling apart, we find our way back to connection and to each other.

Breath practices, meditation and yoga help us to stay steady, ground, sit with uncertainty and keep coming back to our resilience, strength and tenderness of heart. These practices help us to be braver and more courageous, vulnerable and offer unconditional love, compassion, kindness and forgiveness to our selves and each other.

May we remember that when we turn inward in yogic and other spiritual practices that there is an Awakening to:

Certainty in the midst of Uncertainty;

Calm in the midst of Chaos;

Steadiness in the midst of Unsteadiness;

Courage in the Midst of Anxiety and Fear;

Strength in the midst of Fragility; and

Peace and Comfort in the midst of Pandemonium.

All of these healing energies and qualities live in you; live in each sacred breath. May you keep coming back to your breath to feel certainty, calm,
steadiness, courage, strength, peace and comfort in the presence and resiliency of your Spirit .
