Greater Sacramento COVID-19 Update
May 1, 2020
Good Afternoon,

We are hearing from national, state, and local leaders about plans to reopen our economies and get back to work. I am confident that we will rise up again and put the Greater Sacramento region in global competition in the health care, life science and mobility industries.

Next week we are officially kicking off International Economic Development Week May 4-9 in partnership with the International Economic Development Council. It is a wonderful opportunity to promote our region as a business-friendly environment, where companies can quickly scale. We will be highlighting our regional assets including positive employee experience, cheaper cost of living and available open land, manufacturing sites and office space. Help us to promote the region and economic growth with the hashtag #WeAreGreaterSac.

I look forward to seeing your collaborative efforts to raise our economic profile.

Best,
Barry
