The gathering will include presentations regarding conducting efficient meetings, good governance, the different roles and functions of leadership, biblical and theological guidance, constitutional attention, delegation, parish planning, goal setting, implementation models, and important imperatives for effective leadership. Time will be allowed for Q & A.
