Dear Roslyn Families,
Please be advised that the following positive cases of COVID-19 have been reported to the Roslyn School District as follows:
Heights - 1 student
Harbor Hill Elementary School - 1 staff member
East Hills Elementary - 1 staff member
Roslyn Middle School- 1 staff member
Roslyn High School - 2 staff members, 1 student
Our internal contact tracing is completed; these cases will be reviewed by the Nassau County Department of Health to determine if anyone who had close contact with these individuals will need to be quarantined. Most of the individuals included in the count above were already in quarantine, and posed no exposure threat to our school buildings.
Based on the amount of time these individuals were last in our buildings, and due to the strict protocols in place, no further action is required of the school district at this time.
Please be reminded that if anyone in your household is awaiting test results, you should not send your children to school until you get a negative result.
