JA Fellows Spark Tank Finale a Success
Sparks were definitely flying at the annual JA Fellows Spark Tank on May 6th! A hybrid event this year, three of the 20 student-run businesses were invited to present their products live at JA World.

More than 180 people participated virtually. Thank you to our two major sponsors, Presenting Sponsor Florescue Family Foundation and Keynote Sponsor Comcast. Attendees also heard the success story of Jayson Waller, Founder of POWERHOME Solar, author and host of the True Underdog podcast. It was hosted by emcee Eric Yutzy, WPLG.

Next step is submitting teams to potentially participate in the Junior Achievement National Student Leadership Summit. We will be announcing soon whether our teams will be invited again this year!
Soft Skills Lead to Rock Stars
Junior Achievement fills in the gap that the traditional classroom leaves behind.

JA rock star Huguette St. Hubert shared her success story in the latest edition of South Florida Business & Wealth.

Thanks to JA soft skills training, Huguette said, "My parents saw growth in my confidence and the way I spoke about my career path."
New JA Build-A-Biz Camp Geared Toward Future Business Owners

  • Apply entrepreneurial thinking to all aspects of life.

  • And have fun!
