PARTIAL LISTINGS SET TO PURGE ON

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2020

Our MLS has been identified as not currently purging Partial Listings and you likely have partial listings that are several months or even years old.

To address this, effective Monday, September 14^th, they are modifying our Paragon settings to purge Partial Listings over a month old.

Note: Partial Listings purge based off Months to Keep Listings + Input Date. If the Input Date on a Partial Listing is greater than the value in Months to Keep Listings, it will purge from Paragon on the night of Monday, September 14^th.

In this free REALTOR® Safety webinar from the National Association of REALTORS®, Jen Stanbrough, REALTOR®, shares lessons learned since the loss of her close friend and fellow REALTOR®. She’ll discuss the risks agents and brokers face on the job, how to be aware of situational dangers, prepared to keep yourself safe, and avoid risky situations. Jen will also share best habits, tips, and tools all real estate professionals should include in their safety practices.

Highlights

23% of REALTORS® experienced a situation that made them fear for their personal safety or safety of their personal information.
31% of REALTORS® felt unsafe during an open house.
5% of REALTORS® said they had been a victim of a crime while working as a real estate professional.
38% of REALTORS® have participated in a self-defense class.
49% of members choose to carry self-defense weapons.
46% of men and 50% of women carry a self-defense weapon or tool.
58% of members use a smartphone safety app to track whereabouts and alert colleagues in case of an emergency.

Western Upstate Association of Realtors® (WUAR) is extending their member pricing to PDRA members for CE courses taught live, through an interactive Zoom webinar platform, and online classes you can take at your own pace featuring Diane Brouthers. The virtual platform will allow you to experience the training received in a live classroom setting, while at home or in your office. Note: Western Upstate has been approved by the SC Real Estate Commission to offer the virtual classroom option of qualifying and continuing education courses through June 30, 2021.
