Notice of Special Board of Directors Meeting

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TOWERS OF KEY BISCAYNE, INC.

("Association")

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 718.112(2)(e), Florida Statutes, that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held in the Association's Auditorium located at 1121 Crandon Boulevard, Key Biscayne, Florida 33149 on Thursday, April 23 ^rd , 2020 at 7:00 PM . The purpose of the Special Meeting is set forth in the Agenda below.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and following the guidance from governmental and medical authorities, and for the protection of our residents, staff and board members, physical attendance at the Board Meeting will be limited to Board Members and Staff. All of our owners and residents are welcome to listen to the meeting either through Hotwire Channel #900, or via conference call (605-472-5420, Access Code: 760242) .

Anyone wishing to ask questions or share suggestions are asked to e-mail TKBBoard@tkbonline.com , preferably in advance of the meeting.

Vote by Directors on windstorm insurance deductible pursuant to Section 718.111(11)(c)(3), Florida Statutes.
Vote on renewal of insurance policies.
