Online Meetings for Input Regarding a Temporary New Mexico Alternative Practice Program The New Mexico Supreme Court has established an ad hoc working group to develop a recommendation for a temporary, alternative practice program that would provide a limited, supervised opportunity for legal practice by applicants awaiting an opportunity to take a bar examination should an ongoing public health emergency require the cancellation of the anticipated - but yet to be scheduled - September 2020 bar examination. That working group seeks the input of the legal community on this matter and has established two methods to provide that input: Via email to info@nmexam.org; Through a series of online meetings set up by the working group. Meeting dates and times may be found online at https://nmexam.org/input-app/. Because the working group has a relatively short period of time in which to develop its recommendation, it requests that email be sent by Friday, May 15.  View Meeting Dates

Courses may be viewed without needing to add to cart; upon completion of the course, please fill out the Acknowledgement Affidavit that will appear. From there, no further action is needed on your part, credits will be filed with New Mexico MCLE. *According to Rule 18-201 NMRA, self-study (or On-Demand) credits cannot be carried over into the next compliance year.
