Open Registration: Brain Longevity Symposium

Greetings!
Last year, ARPF’s research concluded that religious and spiritual practices, including Kirtan Kriya, are crucial components in the development of enhanced cognition and well-being, which may help prevent, and in some cases, reverse cognitive decline. We had an incredible reception of my publication last year in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease on Spiritual Fitness.

This year, I invite you to join some of the world’s leading experts and researchers in the field of spirituality and brain health at this year’s virtual Brain Longevity Symposium on Saturday, October 15th, 2022. Participants will receive an opportunity to meet some of the hundreds of ARPF Brain Longevity Specialists LIVE on Zoom from around the world who will be in community for this exciting event that you won’t want to miss, so register today

Yours in Brain Health,

Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.
President / Medical Director

"I’ve been practicing Kirtan Kriya every day since I took BLTT a few years ago and I don’t forget a thing. I have also been enjoying all of the ARPF webinars and programs– I have learned so much. I am thrilled to be a part of this unbelievable experience and to share it with all of my students. I’m also thinking about having a one-week Meditation Challenge, too. I loved the one we did with ARPF. I am forever grateful."
