COVID-19 Community Resource Card has been finalized!

We are now in the process of translating the information in Spanish and Hmong.

  • Update Operation Changes: Update your agency's information on the Google spreadsheet through the survey link. This is an internal document to assist agencies in understanding available resources. (To view survey results, follow this link.)

  • Next Meeting's Agenda: Agencies can email Kate Baer for any suggested agenda items for next meeting.

  • Submit wish list items to Lee Anne via email for posting on the volunteer website: leeanne@uwofsc.org. This list, along with the volunteer needs, will be forwarded to business contacts weekly.

  • Update 2-1-1 database: Update or add your agency listing to the 2-1-1 Database online through this link.

  • United Way Action Items: Staff will continue to report back on various ongoing projects, such as keeping community resource updated on UWSC's website.

  • No Kid Hungry is providing emergency grants to support these local efforts like home delivered meals, grab and go meals programs, school and community pantries, backpack programs, and other steps to help reach children and families who lose access to meals. To learn more, visit their website.

  • Sheboygan County's Economic Support Program Overview: Click here for the flyer. Anyone interested in applying for Food Share, Child Care or Medical Assistance is encouraged to contact the Capital Consortium Call Center at 1-888-794-5556.

  • Masks: Kohler Co. is working with the Department of Public Health to get masks. If your agency is in need of masks, you can apply at kohler.com/giving. Click on the product tab, and then in the notes section they would write in that they need masks.

  • FREE Review of Safety Operations: Kohler is also offering all nonprofits a free Review of Safety Operations with their Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to analyze whether COVID-19 guidelines are being met. Contact Caleb Richter at caleb.richter@kohler.com if interested.
