Rob also shares a chart revealing the STUNNING inventory numbers never seen before in the Portland Metro area in his 32 years of real estate sales, nor in the history of the MLS. Oregon Construction Outlook Per the Oregon Dept of Economic Analysis

This new report just released by the state of Oregon's department of economic analysis talks about the new home construction industry, and in particular how the recession of 2020 compares to other recessions. A cheat view on the right shows a very short downturn followed by a rapid return to employment.
