#WeAreHereForYouLF
The health and safety of our employees has been at the forefront of Human Resources’ efforts. HR has been busy navigating the various State and Federal guidelines involving the coronavirus, putting appropriate policies and guidelines in place. In addition, the internal website was modified to be a COVID-19 communication portal, providing information, Q&A, videos and other updates for employees. Virtual work group meetings have been held with all employees, keeping them up to date as this ever-changing environment progresses. Virtual Lunch 'N Learns have also been held to assist employees and spouses who are dealing with the fears and stressors that are caused by the shelter-at-home environment. The HR employees have been cheerleaders, creatively thinking of ways to help employees and their families cope and providing resources to assist in this regard. They will be working on guidelines for reopening when that is allowed.

Don't Forget...
It's Easy

Lake Forest's current response rate is over 70% - thank you!

The Census paper questionnaire was mailed on April 8 to anyone who has not yet responded. Please complete the questionnaire and return it or respond online at my2020census.gov or by phone at 844.330.2020.

In the coming months, when it is safe to do so, Census takers will follow up with in-person visits to addresses for which responses have not been received.

Completing the Census questionnaire is easy, secure and important. Thank you for helping Lake Forest and Illinois achieve a Complete Count!
