The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.

You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. 

Isaiah 26:3 | NIV

As we continue to navigate these very uncharted waters of change and uncertainty, it is vital to keep our most effective spiritual practices very close and deepened. 

1. Increase the purification processes of your heart, mind, and body, energy work, journaling/writing, expressing, and self-care amp up. 
2. Follow your breathing for shifting awareness and calming. 
3. Use various healing modalities to presence, for example: EFT (emotional freedom technique--tapping); https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZHrGFh8Xcw
4. Lamenting (see My April Gift to you!); etc. 
5. Call friends; mail love notes; photos of shared times; 
6. Bath soaks, long walks, nature hikes, self-soothing; 
7. Forgive everybody and everything--NOW;  
8. Imagine being on the other side of this and what a more solid ground will be like;  
9. Prayers for self and others; https://www.unityprayervigil.org 
10. Ask for and receive help and support AND if you are more inclined to ask, then don't ask right now and give instead.
