Provider Support Team
We want to help providers - both agency and independents - in any ways in which we are able. Our Provider Support Team wants to hear from you about any issues you may be experiencing or critical needs you may have at this time.

We have a dedicated helpline for providers to call should they have immediate needs. Providers can reach us at 330-321-3585.
New Self-Advocates Facebook Group
Medina County self-advocates now have a new place to connect online. The MCBDD Self-Advocate Facebook page is up and running. This is a closed group, so members must be approved before joining. If you work with an individual with a developmental disability and want to help them learn how to become a great self-advocate, help them join.
