A LOT of questions about monthly evaluations during this shut down period.
FIRST AND FOREMOST -
You still must turn in an evaluation! Here are the items you need to know:
1. We will accept
March and
April 2020 evaluations by EMAIL ONLY during this outbreak. The address is:
[email protected] This way, your evaluation is date and time stamped showing you turned it in on time.
2. We extended the
deadline for evaluations to May 1, 2020. This means a March or April evaluation turned in AFTER May 10, 2020 is LATE and will be subject to discipline from the JATC.
3. Also, you DO NOT need a supervisor's signature on the form in these months if you are
not on the job site.

We may not be able to send you a confirmation that your email was received during this time. Here is how you MAKE SURE your emailed evaluation has successfully been sent:
