That Polk County staple--tomatoes--are plentiful and easily canned. If you have never canned before, you may be hesitant in canning by yourself. For those of you who would like to learn how to can or need a refresher course we will be holding a beginner’s step-by-step, hands-on class for canning tomatoes.
