Together
I took this photo of a mated pair of doves resting in the naturalized portion of our back yard. They are not exactly maintaining social distance, but they seem to be enjoying their connection. It made me feel warm and present to life around me.

We are called to be together in this time—even at a distance. I send prayers to all of you and your loved ones. May you develop a new beneficial rhythm in your daily life and discover greater awareness of our essential interconnection.
It is nice we can connect on Sunday mornings. Looking forward to seeing you then. If you do not have a copy of our current practice book, please email your name and physical address and we will make an effort to send one to you. Again, thank you for your continued support of the Natural Mind Dharma Center during this volatile time.

Many Blessings to you and all beings,

🙏Michael
Generosity
Normally during this time we would be launching our Spring Pledge Drive. Instead, due to the extraordinary challenges of the current moment, we have decided to donate $500 each to the Family Kitchen and Central Oregon Veterans Outreach (COVO). These organizations are tirelessly putting together meals to-go, feeding those with great need in our community.

If you have the means to support us in this endeavor, we will gladly accept your donations. Please be sure to take care of yourselves and your families.
Note: For safety reasons we are not currently accepting donations of goods at the boxes in front of the Dharma Center. If you are able, we encourage you to make donations directly to the Family Kitchen or COVO or another local community support organization.
Michael's Dharma Journal Posts
We are walking through our ‘back forty,’ an undeveloped area near our home. I see signs of green sand lily foliage that will host beautiful white blossoms in a few weeks. Their spidery leaves with white edges are popping to the surface out…
The Healing Power of Practice
Green Tara Mantra
With great compassion and to relieve suffering and fear, we are chanting and accumulating the Green Tara Mantra:

OM TARE TUTARE TURE SOHA

We will chant this mantra during 2020 with the goal of accumulating 1,000,000 or more!

We have accumulated 332,580 to date.
Ritrö Loma Gyönma
Our Sangha will also continue to chant Ritrö Loma Gyönma, the Tara who
dispels disease and epidemics:

OM TARE TUTTARE TURE NAMA TARE
MANO HARA HUNG HARA SVAHA
