Organized by the Chicago Food Policy Action Council (CFPAC) in partnership with DCASE, the day-long event will feature free workshops, speakers, hand-on activities, food demos, a food business clinic and a marketplace of resources and vendors. Connect with food workers, farmers, vendors and local leaders to discuss food policy and critical issues involving climate change, labor, food access, urban farming and the economics of food production in Chicago, Cook County and Illinois. As a special preview of this spring's Chicago Gospel Music Festival, join us for a free-admission showcase of this city's best emerging gospel music artists as they perform live for a panel of major and independent music and entertainment executives. The Chicago Gospel Music Festival is produced by the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs of Special Events and is part of Chicago In Tune -- an 18-day, city-wide celebration of music from May 21 to June 7, 2020, in conjunction with the Year of Chicago Music.

DCASE is pleased to announce the timeline for the 2020 CityArts Program, offering grants to nonprofit arts and culture organizations of all sizes. This year's program will include opportunities to apply for general operating grants across all artistic disciplines, as well as project grants in alignment with the City of Chicago's Year of Chicago Music. Project grants will support initiatives that have the potential to impact the Chicago music sector at large. All applicants are encouraged to attend an application assistance workshop. Do you have a project that will help build a stronger commercial corridor in your neighborhood? The Neighborhood Opportunity Fund awards grants to projects that have a catalytic impact on the neighborhood and lead to the construction or rehabilitation of new and existing, publicly accessible, commercial spaces or cultural establishments. Opportunities for Individual Artists
Applications accepted on a rolling basis  
Meet an artist. Explore ideas. Make some art. Repeat. Artists and organizations are invited to apply for an opportunity to celebrate that sweet spot where artists and visitors engage in a unique way in the Learning Lab at the Chicago Cultural Center. Applications accepted on a rolling basis 
DCASE recently launched the City of Chicago Mural Registry, a publicly-accessible database documenting the growing collection of murals across the city on both private and public property. Artists, organizations and property owners are encouraged to register completed murals by submitting an application. Opportunities for Educators/Instructors

DCASE is currently seeking certified Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Zumba instructors for the 2020 Millennium Park Summer Workouts season, June 6 - September 12. Opportunities for Arts Organizations and Businesses
Applications accepted on a rolling basis
The DCASE ArtsSpace Program offers access to space at DCASE venues for free public programs organized by Chicago's cultural organizations. Applications for programs at the Chicago Cultural Center are reviewed on a rolling basis and must be submitted at least 120 days prior to the event date. Selected organizations will have their venue rental fee waived, but will incur operational costs for their programs. For more information and the application, visit ChicagoCulturalGrants.org.

Photography Services Request for Proposals

Application Deadline: Monday, March 2
The summertime tradition, Taste of Chicago is now inviting members for Chicago's culinary community to apply as 5-day participants, 1 or 2-day pop-up participants, or as food trucks at the 2020 festival in Grant Park July 8-12. All Chicago-based restaurants, shared kitchens and food trucks that offer traditional, unique and ethnically diverse menu items are encourged to apply. Don't miss this opportunity to reach new customers and gain marketing exposure. Guidelines and online application are available at tasteofchicago.us.
