On October 20, 2020, the Milpitas City Council passed an Urgency Ordinance to protect Milpitas restaurants from exorbitant third-party delivery fees. Please note that the Ordinance remains effective, capping third-party delivery fees to 15% and non-delivery (pickup) fees to 10%. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
