I have started daily walks during my day to put more exercise into my life – especially during this challenging time.

Each day, I will go for two 30-minute walks – one at 7 am and another at 12:30 pm. If you would like to join me, you can call in and we can discuss my Thought of the Day or other items you would like to talk about.

The only thing I ask is that you read the Thought of the Day and go for a walk during the conversation.

I will begin this today at 7 am and do it again at 12:30 pm. Whether there are two of us or many of us on the walk, it should be fun.
