Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Do we have to wear a mask if we are outside?
A: YES! Part of being able to have a modified Spreefest is all of us doing our part to ensure the safety of ourselves and others. Please keep your mask on the entire time and if you are not feeling well, please stay home!
Q: I forgot to register...may I just come up Saturday?
A: Unfortunately, no. Due to Covid, we are not able to accept walk up registrations. You are welcome to participate in the raffle but we will not be able to secure a lift ticket for you.
Q: I wasn't able to pick up my packet or shirt. Will I be able to on Saturday?
A: Absolutely! There will be a registration/packet pick up table on the upper main plaza. Follow signs or be sure to ask any staff or volunteers.
Q: Will lunch be provided?
A: Due to covid we are not able to provide lunch. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or purchase any food or beverage available at the Summit. Your orange Spreefest wristband will give you 10% off food and non alcoholic beverages.
Q: I can't make it on the 13th, may I still buy raffle tickets?
A: Yes! Please reply to this email to let us know how many raffle tickets you would like to purchase and we will gladly send you the link.
Q: When does fundraising end?
A: All fundraising and donation pages will close at midnight on March 31st.
Q: I was not able to fundraise the entire cost of my ticket- what should I do?
A: We encourage everyone to fundraise or donate to meet their goal of $100 per person to help children and adults with disabilities participate in outdoor recreation!
Q: Do you have any extra shirts?
A: Yes! Additional shirts will be available for purchase at the event for $15 by way of square.
Q: Will you accept cash donations?
A: Due to recommended safety guidelines, we are not accepting cash of any kind at the event. We will have QR codes and links to accept payment via card.
Q: Will there be demos tomorrow?
A: Unfortunately there will not be any demos this year. All pre registered guests received a demo voucher to be redeemed at Sturtevant's from March 1- April 15th. Our friends at Sturtevant's will have an info tent set up tomorrow and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
