Personal Training
Whether you're working out from home or venturing into the club, make sure you have the best possible exercise program for your unique needs with help from one of our Certified Personal Trainers. Training sessions are available virtually through Zoom or in one of our many well-ventilated private studios or fitness areas. 2020 took most of us out of our normal exercise routine and working with a trainer can help ensure a safe and swift return to prior exercise levels.
Triathlon Coaching
Considering trying a triathlon, preparing for the upcoming season, or just want to improve your swim technique? Our experienced Triathlon Coach, Barb Figurski, will provide the necessary guidance to make your next race your best. Private sessions are now available by contacting Barb directly at barb.figurski@libertyathletic.net.
Pilates Training
We are now scheduling private Pilates Reformer sessions inside of the Mind Body Studio. Pilates reformer focuses on core strength and proper muscle engagement which improves athletic performance, back pain, injury recovery, weight loss, balance, bone density, and posture to name a few. Contact our Director of Fitness & Wellness to schedule at rj.meske@libertyathletic.net or 734.665.3738 x.129.
