CHAMBER ADVOCACY
Proposal to Mandate Increased Grocery Worker Pay
Grocery Stores Operate on Razor-Thin Profit Margins: At least fifteen cities and/or counties are presently considering $3.00, $4.00, or $5.00 an hour increases for all
grocery workers who work for companies of a certain size. The average pay for grocery workers in California is
currently $18.00 per hour, which is $4.00 per hour above the state minimum wage. The California Chamber of Commerce and undersigned organizations respectfully oppose the proposal.

BUSINESS DIRECTORY & RELOCATION GUIDE 2021/2022
Dear Chamber Family,

We're excited to once again produce the El Dorado Hills Chamber Business Directory & Relocation Guide in partnership with the El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce for 2021/2022!

This dynamic and informative publication will now be released at the end of June 2021 with continued distributed throughout the rest of 2021 and into 2022, so it's a great time and opportunity to remind not only the current EDH business community and residents about your business, but also the residents who will be moving to our community!

Remember this publication is mailed to every home and Chamber member in El Dorado Hills, available to new residents, and is promoted online heavily after its print release! And, it's a publication that residents have told us that they refer to often throughout the year!

Don't miss this opportunity!

We look forward to working with you!
