We will have Blueport (Internet Management Company) on site at Madbury Commons on Wednesday, March 3rd to provide individual support with any WiFi connectivity or usage problems you may still be experiencing.

Please also accept this as notification that a Blueport employee may require access to your apartment at any point tomorrow if you have recently reached out to our office with internet issues.

We will keep you updated as we continue our efforts to correct remaining internet issues, and work to provide the best possible internet in Durham.
