Faith in Action
Food Drive for Fountain Hill Elementary Our friends at FHES are looking to stock up their current food pantry, as it is currently low on stock. Bring rice, canned meat (tuna, chicken, etc.), easy lunches (peanut butter, jelly, ramen, mac and cheese) and canned fruits and veggies and place in the boxes at the back of the Nave of the Cathedral. Or visit this Amazon Wishlist and order away!
Healing and Wholeness
Praying our Light to Shine! Praying our way to hope with Anglican Prayer Beads. An offering from our Ministry of Healing and Wholeness.

In the 1980’s a group of Episcopalians set out in group contemplative prayer using beads. The experience is similar to the Roman tradition of praying the rosary but unique in that there is a more meditative focus. This type of prayer will deepen and transform your devotions into a richer spiritual experience. Yet more transformative is to do so in community with Cathedral companions and our friends! Prayer beads are not required. Contact the church office for beads 610-865-0727 or email

Prayer Bead Meditations: Monday Evenings at 7 PM
Meeting ID: 811 2302 4927
Passcode: 785220

Our Healing Ministry resumes at the Cathedral As available, there will be a healing team at the font and/or in the chapel available to offer prayers for healing, laying on of hands as requested and/or anointing with oil. If there is a team present, please do avail yourself of this opportunity during the distribution of communion. Shalom.
Our Altar Flowers fund balance has been in the red for the last several months. Parishioner contributions would be much appreciated. You may donate online by going to the Nativity website. Click on “Donate Now” then click on “Altar Flowers” and enter your donation amount. Or, you may send a check to the Church office and write “Altar Flowers” on the memo line of your check. Your support of this ministry is greatly appreciated.
If you are spring cleaning, the Thrift Shop would love to have your household items.
Monday Flower Group Volunteer Needed The Monday flower group is looking for a volunteer for the months of May and December. Please call Angelica Baez for more information at 610-509-0659 or email at angie73@rcn.com. Each week a volunteer from the group produces and delivers a beautiful arrangement from the Sunday altar flowers to our hospitalized parishioners. (NOTE: Due to pandemic constraints, office arrangements are currently done on Tuesdays and there are no hospital deliveries.)
Parishioners in the Hospital If a family member is hospitalized, please contact either the clergy or leave a message with the parish office (610-865-0727) informing us of who is in the hospital and at which hospital.
Ukraine Crisis Response More than two million people have been displaced, making this the fastest-growing refugee crisis since World War II. Your immediate support will help Episcopal Relief & Development and other Anglican partners provide humanitarian assistance. https://support.episcopalrelief.org/ukraineresponse. Please continue to pray for those affected by this conflict.
Creation Care TIP of the week Make your own weedkiller (works well in sidewalk cracks!): ½ white vinegar, ½ water and a dash of dishwasher liquid (such as Dawn). Mix and apply.
